ZynoTech Consulting Ltd (“ZynoTech”, “we”) is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15013768, with its registered office at 12 Rivermead, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9AZ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us: when you book a discovery call via Calendly (your name, email address, selected meeting time and any notes you include), or when you email hello@zyno.tech (your name, email address and message content). This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, hold the meeting you booked, and follow up on prospective engagements. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): responding to business enquiries that you initiate.
Calendly (meeting scheduling) and Microsoft 365 (email and calendaring) act as our processors. Where data is processed outside the UK, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Enquiry and meeting correspondence is retained while relevant to a prospective or actual engagement and then deleted. Records relating to contracted engagements are retained in line with statutory requirements, typically six years.
